Delivery
Delivery is free on orders over £45 (£3.50 otherwise) and will be sent either Recorded delivery or Special delivery dependant on the size or value of the parcel. Some items or size/colour variations may occassionally be out of stock or be "special order" from our suppliers. If this is the case we normally expect to recieve them within 5-7 working days and for them to be with you within 14 days of ordering (21 days in some extreme cases), however if this is the case with any items you order we will email you to let you know as soon as possible and give you the option to change the order or cancel it if you'd rather not wait. Our Returns Terms and Conditions
Dirtyclobber conform to the Distance Selling Regulations (as all mail order companyies have to) which are designed to protect you when buying items by Mail Order. We offer a flexible returns policy and are happy to accept items back for a refund or exchange if they don’t fit, you’ve ordered the wrong things, the items are damaged or faulty upon receipt or you simply don’t like what you’ve ordered.

New items returned for refund or exchange.
- Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Goods must be in original packaging.
- Goods must not be used.
Unfortunately we can't refund the postage but where an exchange is requested we won't charge you postage for sending the replacement item. A completed returns form is required. Please email returns@dirtyclobber.com and we will email you one as quickly as we can. This will also alert us to the return so if for some reason it doesn't turn up we can let you know as soon as possible.
Faulty or Damaged.
All goods purchased from us are coved by a full warranty. The duration of this warranty is at least 1 year but some manufacturers offer extended warranty. Generally speaking, warranties cover manufacturing faults and defects but do not cover damage caused by crashing, abuse, general wear and tear etc. If you feel that the product you have purchased from us has developed a fault then please contact us before returning goods as many problems may be solved without you incurring postage costs.

If the goods need to be returned please ensure clothing is clean and dry.
Please be honest when dealing with us, we will try our best to resolve any problem you have as it is in our interest to have a happy customer! As we may have to send the item on to the manufacturer for inspection or repair (at our cost) we cannot cover the postage cost to ourselves, however we will post the item back to you free of charge.
New items returned because we have posted you the wrong item.
Believe it or not we do make mistakes on the odd occasion! If we have sent you an item which is different to what is listed on your invoice we will be happy to make an exchange and pay your first class recorded delivery costs for returning the item.
- Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
- Goods must be in original packaging.
- Goods must not be fitted or used.
You will have to pay the post office to return the goods but we will refund these costs to your card or send you a cheque for the value.
We can only refund the cost of 1st Class Royal Mail or Standard Parcel Force Post for larger items. These are both standard services at the Post Office and should arrive within a few days.
Goods must be accompanied with a Completed Returns Form available from returns@dirtyclobber.com
